Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address and message. Organisation, website and relevant product or source details are collected when you provide them. We use this information to respond to questions, assess submissions, handle corrections and discuss requested partnerships. Do not submit sensitive personal information or third-party personal data.
Form processing and hosting
Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS to Formspree for processing and delivery to RobotMyHome. Formspree may process technical information such as IP address and browser details for delivery, security and spam prevention. Its services may involve processing outside your country, including the United States. Read Formspree’s privacy policy.
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services process technical connection and operational data to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. RobotMyHome does not operate a separate visitor-account database.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-7ZE09XL0XL, is configured for the production website. Google’s analytics script loads only after you accept optional analytics. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings on the Cookie Policy page. The site remains usable when analytics is rejected.
Consented analytics measures page views, successful use of comparisons, clicks to external source hostnames and successful enquiry submissions. Event parameters are limited to approved route/category values, stable documented product IDs, destination hostnames and form types. Names, emails, messages, uploaded content and form field values are not sent to Google Analytics. URL queries and fragments are excluded from the page-location value; form interactions are not automatically tracked.
Google may process technical device/browser data and analytics identifiers. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this site’s tag configuration. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence may be stored in the Formspree account and the recipient mailbox to handle your enquiry and related follow-up. Provider retention and mailbox settings also affect how long copies remain. No automatic deletion schedule is enforced by this website. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information; information needed for an ongoing request or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Analytics cookie expiry is configured to 30 days without renewal on each visit. Your accept/reject preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. These browser expiry periods do not set the retention period for data already received by service providers. Your privacy rights depend on applicable law; you may also contact your relevant data-protection authority.
